英國 BBC 電視台今秋將推出一部四集迷你劇《Single Father 單身父親》，《神秘博士 Doctor Who》的主演 David Tennant 扮演劇中的單親父親 Dave，故事講述主人公 Dave 一個作為父親的男人在自己妻子去世後努力撫養四個孩子的故事，而之後與自己妻子好友 Sarah (Suranne Jones 扮演) 接觸後，發現自己愛上了她，於是 Dave 在自己的情感中糾結著，該劇由 Red Production Company 制作公司與 BBC 電視制作公司聯合打造，並於 2010 年 10 月 10 日週日晚在 BBC ONE 頻道播出。
